Rebecca represents employers in a wide variety of labor and employment matters under federal and state law, including litigation involving Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) claims before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. Rebecca’s litigation experience also includes defending employers against claims under New Jersey’s Law Against Discrimination (LAD) and the Conscientious Employee Protection Act (CEPA). Rebecca handles all phases of case management and litigation.

Prior to joining Ogletree, Rebecca practiced at a New Jersey based law firm and served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Margaret J. Schneider in the Northern District of Illinois and the Honorable Ignacio Torteya, III in the Southern District of Texas.

Rebecca received her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where she was a member of the Urban Law Journal and received the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award. Rebecca received her undergraduate degree from Smith College, where she was a member of the varsity swim team.
