Remy B. Smith

Remy Smith represents and advises employers on various matters regarding workplace safety and health. Her practice includes providing guidance on federal and state OSHA compliance matters, challenging citations, and litigating OSHA matters before federal agencies and courts.

Remy received her JD from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law. She served as a judicial law clerk for the Hon. Anthony M. Pugliese with the Superior Court of New Jersey—Camden Vicinage, and was a DOJ Attorney General Honors Program Honors Attorney Advisor in New Orleans, Louisiana. Prior to joining the firm, Remy was a Trial Attorney with the Department of Labor—Office of the Solicitor, Region VI in Dallas, Texas where she worked on and tried cases involving a variety of labor and employment issues including OSHA, MSHA, ERISA, Whistleblower protections, MSPB, and Wage-Hour.
