Ricardo Campos Campos

• Experience in advising domestic and foreign companies in the preparation of strategies to conduct local and federal labor litigation before Labor Boards and Labor Courts.
• Experience in preparing the documents that serve to answer the claims in the initial hearings, as well as the necessary briefs in the labor proceedings.
• Advise several companies in planning and preparation of projects in order to prevent high-risk lawsuits that impact their operations.
• Experience in dealing with labor inspections by the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare, from the beginning to its total conclusion, including handling reply deadlines, request and submission of documents, indication of next steps to the companies, and advice in filing second instances.
• Experience in filing administrative lawsuits, such as appeals and annulment lawsuits before the Tax and Administrative Justice Courts.
• Planning strategy and executing termination processes with cause and without cause of one or multiple employees as well as coordinating the hiring of employees.
