Rick Petzold

Rick Petzold is an associate immigration attorney focusing his practice on corporate immigration. Rick helps navigate clients through both nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters, including H-1B, L-1, TN, and E-3 petitions, as well as the Green Card process including PERM. He successfully prepared cases that were approved by USCIS, the DOL, border agents, and Consulates around the globe. Rick has extensive experience in working with a myriad of clients across broad range of industries, from Fortune 100 companies to businesses that are just beginning to develop and implement their corporate immigration programs.

A native of Margate City, New Jersey, Rick earned a B.A. at Rutgers University, New Brunswick, studying Journalism. He received his J.D. from the Rutgers School of Law. Before joining Ogletree, he practiced corporate immigration in New York, NY and Dallas, TX.
