Robert is a seasoned litigator and strategic, solutions-oriented employment attorney who represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment law. He works closely with business leaders, human resources professionals, and safety teams to manage risk, navigate California’s complex regulatory framework, and resolve workplace disputes efficiently and effectively.
Robert regularly defends employers in employment litigation, including claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, and leave and accommodation issues. He represents clients in state and federal court, arbitration, and before administrative agencies, bringing a practical, results-driven approach to every stage of a dispute.
Workplace safety and OSHA enforcement are a core part of his practice. He represents and guides employers through inspections, investigations, and administrative trials, and is frequently called upon to assist businesses facing serious workplace incidents and government enforcement actions, providing steady counsel in high-stakes situations.
Robert serves as Co-Chair of the firm’s Workplace Violence Prevention Practice Group and regularly advises employers on prevention strategies, regulatory compliance, and crisis response planning.
