Robert Vorhees is an associate in the Tampa office of Ogletree Deakins. His practice focuses on employment litigation as well as advice and counseling. Robert has experience in motion practice, resolution of discovery disputes as well as advocating for clients at trial and mediation.
Prior to joining Ogletree, Robert worked at an employment law firm defending employers against claims, including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, unpaid overtime, and missed meal and rest breaks. While in law school, Robert served as Articles Editor of the Federal Communications Law Journal and as a fellow in The George Washington University Law School Competition Law Center.
