Roshanak “Rosh” Khosravi is an experienced trial lawyer, client advocate, and counselor whose practice primarily focuses on defending employers in single-plaintiff matters against claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour violations. Rosh has represented employers across a wide range of industries including hospitality, retail, tech, construction, sales, and professional services.
Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Rosh worked at other Dallas based law firms representing employers in various employment matters, such as wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, unfair business practices, and wage and hour claims. She also has extensive experience defending and counseling clients in professional liability, commercial, and consumer-related litigation. She has represented a wide range of individuals and companies, including insurance agents/brokers, third-party administrators, debt collectors, accountants, lawyers, architects and engineers, real estate agents, and property inspectors. Rosh also has significant experience defending claims under Title VII, ADA, FLSA, ADEA, Texas Insurance Code, Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Texas Debt Collection Act, Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Texas Credit Reporting Act, and Texas Securities Act.
Rosh is an avid sports fan and enjoys spending time with family and related fur babies.
