Samantha De Hoyos

Samantha is an employment associate in the Houston office of Ogletree Deakins. She represents and advises companies on all aspects of federal and state employment law.

Samantha’s practice includes representing employers in federal and state courts and before various administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunities Commission (EEOC) and Texas Workforce Commission (TWC). Samantha regularly guides her clients through day-to-day employment matters, including wage and hour compliance, family and medical leave compliance, non-compete and trade secret matters, employment contracts and severance agreements, discrimination and retaliation claims and reasonable accommodations in the workplace.

During law school, Samantha served as a legal intern at the EEOC’s Houston office.
