Sandra Benlevy

Sandra Benlevy is Client Team Counsel for one of Ogletree’s large retail clients and is based in Ogletree’s Sacramento office. She defends employers and management against California and federal employment litigation claims including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, failure to accommodate and wrongful termination.

Sandra grew up in Los Angeles and received her juris doctor from University of Southern California School of Law where she served as Chief Production Editor of the Southern California Review of Law & Women’s Studies. Sandra also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Ronald S.W. Lew in the Central District of California and interned at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. She has exclusively practiced employment litigation since graduating from law school.
