Sandra Ramos White has devoted her law practice to the representation of management for labor and employment law issues for over 25 years. Sandra advises all levels of management, including those in the private and public sectors and non-profit organizations, regarding compliance with federal and state employment laws and local ordinances. Her practice encompasses all aspects of employment law, including executive employment agreements, separation agreements, confidentiality, non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, developing and implementing reduction in force plans and drafting employment policies, and reviewing employee handbooks. Sandra has also represented employers before the National Labor Relations Board on and unfair labor practice charges.
In addition to advising clients, Sandra advocates on their behalf in contested proceedings before federal and state courts and administrative agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, U.S. Department of Labor and the Texas Workforce Commission.
