Sarah E. Christenson

Sarah Christenson’s practice focuses on advice and counsel and single-plaintiff litigation. She works closely with her clients to identify their goals and develop a specific strategy to target cost-effective solutions.

Sarah has extensive experience defending claims of discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour disputes, including class action and PAGA claims. She has represented employers in matters before federal and state courts and administrative agencies, including the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), California’s Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, Civil Rights Department (CRD), and Employment Development Department (EDD).

Sarah believes ongoing communication with her clients is paramount in creating efficient and creative solutions to complex legal issues. These tactics have resulted in successful resolutions and low-value settlements, as well as dismissal of claims after rulings on dispositive motions.

She has experience defending clients in various industries, including veterinary sciences, hospitality, and biotechnologies.
