Scott K. Pomeroy

Scott Pomeroy joined the firm’s Boston office as Counsel in 2018.  Scott’s practice focuses on ERISA and employee benefits litigation and appeals in multiple state and federal courts. 

In addition to ERISA work, Scott has more than twenty years of experience as a commercial litigator, representing businesses and their owners in a wide variety of complex business disputes, including unfair trade practices, theft of trade secrets, employment discrimination, whistleblower and retaliation claims, fiduciary breaches, indemnification and contribution claims, insurance coverage, as well as trademark and patent infringement. 

Scott also has substantial experience litigating construction disputes and advising construction-industry clients regarding payment disputes, bid protests, and prevailing wage compliance.
