Sean Manning is a graduate of the University of Tulsa College of Law. He holds a Certificate in Comparative & International Law and graduated with the distinction of Order of Barristers. He is the team lead for a special project group at Ogletree that serves as National Coordinating Counsel for one of the largest youth serving organizations in the United States. Prior to joining Ogletree in Dallas, Sean received the honor of being listed as an Oklahoma Super Lawyer in the areas of business litigation and civil litigation defense and represented clients before the United States Department of Justice, the United States Citizenship & Immigration Service and the United States Trademark Office. Sean has represented clients in litigation matters filed in state and federal courts across the United States and has experience handling mass torts, class actions, and multi district litigation matters. He handles a variety of litigation matters with Ogletree, including child sexual abuse and employment.
