Sebastian is an associate attorney in the Richmond office of Ogletree Deakins. His practice focuses on counseling and representing employers through litigation and alternative dispute resolution. Sebastian commonly assists employers with addressing claims of discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, harassment, and similarly related issues.
Before joining Ogletree Deakins, Sebastian worked for four years at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, where he conducted research on numerous federal issues and drafted hundreds of memoranda for consideration by three-judge panels. Sebastian graduated from the North Carolina School of Law. While in law school, Sebastian competed on the moot court team and performed nearly 100 hours of pro bono work. Sebastian was also inducted into the Order of Barristers, a national honorary society recognizing graduating students who demonstrate exceptional skill in appellate oral advocacy and brief writing.
