Spencer S. Turpen

Spencer S. Turpen is of counsel in the Sacramento office of Ogletree Deakins. Spencer has extensive experience representing employers in complex litigation matters in federal and state courts, as well as in administrative proceedings and arbitrations. His practice encompasses a wide range of employment matters, including discrimination, retaliation, harassment, whistleblower, wrongful termination, wage and hour class actions, and representative actions under California’s Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA). Spencer also has significant experience representing clients in litigation involving unfair competition, trade secret misappropriation, and noncompete agreements. Spencer prides himself on providing his clients with aggressive, results-driven representation.

In his free time, Spencer enjoys coaching youth sports, including baseball, soccer, basketball, and football.
