Stacey M. Shim

Stacey M. Shim is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Ogletree Deakins. Stacey primarily specializes in defending employers in wage and hour class actions and representative actions brought under California’s Private Attorneys General Act.  Stacey regularly partners with clients to audit meal and rest period, overtime, and reimbursement policies and practices. She has represented clients in varying industries ranging from manufacturing, mining, retail, logistics, and home health care.   

Stacey received her J.D. from Loyola Law School in 2015. Prior to Ogletree Deakins, Stacey worked at the Century City office of a national law firm representing companies and management in employment related disputes.
