Stephanie Howaniec’s legal career started in human rights and legal aid followed by a boutique consular practice in London, but has now expanded to include all aspects of business immigration with a specialization in RFEs and PERM. Her international career has taken her to Spain, Rwanda, India, the UK, and Washington, D.C. before returning to settle in her hometown of Atlanta. She has traveled to more than 45 countries.

Stephanie’s practice focuses on advising a wide range of clients from those with only one or two foreign nationals to Fortune 100 clients and she advises on all types of employment-based visas and sponsorship for permanent residency.

Stephanie regularly leads trainings and presentations on the following topics: I-9, best hiring practices, annual quota/lottery registration, PERM, and hot topics and immigration trends.
