Stephen M. Park

Stephen Park is an associate at the firm’s New York office, where he has litigated a wide range of claims related to federal and state discrimination, as well as wage and hour disputes. In addition to his litigation experience, Stephen advises counsel on various workplace issues, including terminations, Family and Medical Leave, severance agreements, and compliance matters. He has assisted employers in navigating New York State Paid Leave benefits and the New York WARN Act by developing employee handbooks and WARN Notices respectively.

Stephen is also an active member of the ERISA litigation group, where he handles cases involving breach of fiduciary duty, prohibited transactions, and long-term disability claims.

Stephen earned his law degree from Fordham University School of Law. During his time there, he was a member of the Dispute Resolution Society Negotiations team, served as an associate editor for the Journal of Corporate and Financial Law, and was a board member of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association.
