Suzanne Corwin is a member of Ogletree’s Government Contracting and Reporting Practice Group, assisting federal contractors and subcontractors with the preparation, management, and defense of their affirmative action programs (AAPs) pursuant to Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act, as amended, and the Vietnam Era Veterans’ Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA). She also helps employers comply with various federal and state government reporting obligations, including EEO-1, VETS-4212, and state pay reporting. Additionally, Suzanne assists employers with conducting privileged statistical analyses of their compensation and personnel activity.    

Prior to joining Ogletree, Suzanne worked as an in-house attorney for large healthcare and financial services companies, as well as in the Denver office of a national labor and employment firm. She is admitted to the Massachusetts, Colorado, and New York state bars.     

Suzanne graduated, magna cum laude, from New England Law Boston. During law school, Suzanne was a judicial intern for the now-retired Hon. Bonnie H. MacLeod of the Massachusetts Superior Court, served as an Executive Comment & Note Editor of the New England Law Review, and received the New England Scholar award for academic excellence every semester. Upon graduating, she clerked for the justices of the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Third Department in Albany, NY.
