Taylor Ealand is an associate in the firm’s Fresno office where he focuses on labor and employment litigation. He defends employers in individual discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour litigation. He also defends employers in class action wage and hour lawsuits and cases brought under the Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA). Taylor has represented employers in court and in arbitration.
Taylor earned his J.D. from the Gonzaga University School of Law in 2021. While in law school, he was the Vice President and a founding member of the Venture Capital and Private Equity Club. He is admitted to practice law in California. Before joining Ogletree Deakins, Taylor worked with well-known law firms in the Fresno area practicing both labor and employment and insurance defense. Taylor earned his B.S. in Biology with a minor in Computer Science from Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego.
Taylor enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with family.
