Timothy D. Hastie

Tim Hastie is an associate in the firm’s Fresno office. Tim’s practice focuses on defending employers against wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, wage and hour, and other claims, and in contract and employee-tenant housing disputes.

Before joining Ogletree Deakins, Tim worked at a well-known Fresno employment law defense firm where his practice focused on employment litigation. Tim gained trial experience as a founding partner of Cooper & Hastie where he specialized in civil litigation defense. 

Tim graduated from Chapman University, Fowler School of Law. During his time there, he volunteered at the Elder Abuse Clinic at the Orange County Superior Court and held business litigation and employment defense internships. Prior to attending law school, Tim graduated from Pacific University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and a minor in Business Administration.

Tim enjoys playing basketball and golf, and spending time outdoors with his wife and daughter.
