Tracey A. Kinslow

Tracey has more than two decades of experience counseling employers on all aspects of employment law and employment litigation, having worked in-house at a Fortune 500 Company and as a principal in his own firm. He also has extensive experience defending employers in employment-related litigation before administrative agencies and state and federal courts. Tracey also routinely assists employers with identifying key issues and help them develop effective strategies in resolving multifaceted employment issues.

Now a retired Air Force and Tennessee Air National Guard JAG Officer, Tracey also has experience handling organizational cybersecurity matters, federal regulatory issues and other aspects of military law, including USERRA. His commitment to client service is informed by his plaintiff’s practice at his previous firm and his time managing outside counsel as an in-house attorney.

Tracey also spent time managing and consulting on Diversity Supplier/Vendor Programs earlier in his legal career. As a result, he also has experience advising employers on issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I), and conducting supervisor/employee training on harassment, workplace violence, and DE&I.

Tracey received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Princeton University in 1991, along with Certificates (Minors) in African American Studies and American Studies and received his juris doctor from Vanderbilt University School of Law in 1994.
