Victoria Vish represents employers on all day-to-day employment matters. She provides counsel and advice pertaining to employee separations, disability accommodation request, wage and hour issues, and implementing sound employment policies. Victoria has particularly extensive knowledge on laws and regulations related to use of the tip credit, tip sharing/tip pooling, and automatic service charges. She makes it a priority to stay apprised of updates in these ever-changing areas of the law. Victoria also regularly conducts training for clients and presents on various topics, including tip laws, the PWFA, investigations, and harassment prevention. She recognizes responsiveness to clients is critical and is dedicated to ensuring excellent client service.

Victoria recognizes the importance of helping clients navigate difficult employee issues before litigation begins. However, in the event a complaint to a government agency or litigation arises, Victoria litigates all aspects of employment cases in federal and state courts, arbitration tribunals, and administrative agencies, including the EEOC, and DOL, on behalf of employers. Victoria focuses her practice on the litigation of discrimination, harassment, retaliation claims, and civil rights claims under state and federal law and in arbitration. Victoria has been recognized as Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch since 2021.
