Wilfred N. Gual Jr.

Wilfred Gual is an associate with the San Francisco office of Ogletree Deakins. His practice focuses on representing and counseling employers through all phases of litigation in state and federal court.

Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Wilfred worked at a full-service law firm in Sacramento where he litigated on behalf of clients of all sizes in employment law matters. Wilfred also worked as a public defender at the Alameda County Public Defender’s Office, handling all aspects of criminal law litigation. There, Wilfred developed his creativity and passion for litigation, which he now uses to assist clients in understanding and managing the many complexities of employment law.

In his spare time, Wilfred loves to read, workout, and travel.
