Will defends employers against allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, violations of wage and hour laws, and other employment claims in state and federal courts. He also represents clients during administrative investigations and proceedings, including before the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. In addition to litigation, Will collaborates with employers on everyday issues, such as employee leaves of absences and requests for disability accommodations.
