Yasmin Khalifian

Yasmin specializes in defending employers in single-plaintiff cases facing claims for discrimination, harassment, retaliation, failure to accommodate, and wrongful termination. Yasmin also routinely assists employers against wage and hour class actions and California’s Private Attorneys General Act claims. Yasmin also has experience in breach of contract claims, trademark violations, civil rights, general liability, and insurance defense. Yasmin’s representation spans various industries including hospitality, entertainment, automotive, retail, healthcare, technology, food service and others. She also has extensive experience both mediating and arbitrating cases and helping clients reach early and favorable resolutions.

Yasmin has been licensed to practice in California since 2021 and practices both in state and federal court. She graduated honors from the University of California, San Diego, in 2017 with a B.A. in English Literature. Yasmin received her Juris Doctor from Pepperdine School of Law in 2021.
