As a member of the firm’s Employment Law group, Yomaris counsels clients in a variety of areas related to the workplace, including discrimination and harassment claims, complex wage and hour issues, protected leave, and discipline and termination decisions.
Prior to joining the firm, Yomaris practiced as an associate Labor and Employment attorney at a regional law firm where she gained experience defending clients on federal and state discrimination and harassment claims, advising clients on workplace accommodations issues, drafting employee handbooks and stand-alone policies, and defending employers on workers’ compensation disputes.
