Yomaris represents employers in federal and state court, arbitration proceedings, and administrative agencies against claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
Yomaris also counsels clients on a broad range of matters related to the workplace, including complex wage and hour issues, protected leave, and discipline and termination decisions.
Prior to joining the firm, Yomaris was an associate labor and employment attorney at a regional law firm where she gained experience defending clients in federal and state discrimination and harassment claims, representing employers in public accommodations claims, advising clients on workplace accommodations issues, drafting employee handbooks and stand-alone policies, and defending employers in workers’ compensation disputes.
