Yuliya is an associate in the firm’s Philadelphia office where she represents and advises employers on labor and employment matters. Her practice focuses on representing employers in lawsuits involving claims of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour violations, and other employment related matters brought before state and federal courts and administrative agencies.

Yuliya received her J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, magna cum laude. During law school, she served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Chief Judge Juan R. Sánchez in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She also served as an Articles Editor for the Villanova Law Review and the Program Co-Chair for Face to Face Birth Certificate Clinic as part of the Pro Bono Society.
