U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is revamping the lottery process for H-1B petitions and implementing a new electronic registration system. The initial registration process for fiscal year 2021 will take place from March 1 through March 20, 2020. This session will offer an overview of the changes to the H-1B visa program and provide tips on what employers can do now to prepare for the opening of the initial H-1B registration process.
