On September 30, 2020, California enacted Senate Bill 973, requiring employers to file a pay data report with California’s Department of Fair Employment and Housing if the employer has 100 or more employees (in and out of California). Additionally, an employer with at least one employee in California is required to file an EEO-1 report. The speakers will discuss the new pay data law and the nuts and bolts of the filing process for the required reports, which are due by March 31, 2021.
