Jacqueline C. Pirone

For 15 years, Jackie has defended employers in administrative and litigation proceedings against claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation under Title VII, the ADA, the ADEA, the FMLA, and state and local laws. Jackie also has experience performing workplace investigations, counseling in-house counsel and human resources professionals regarding a wide range of day-to-day employment matters, and reviewing and preparing employment policies and handbooks. Jackie has also served as a Professor of Legal Writing and Appellate Advocacy at Seton Hall University School of Law.  

Jackie currently serves as Special Counsel with the firm’s EEO Advantage Program, where she partners with in-house counsel, internal business partners, and human resources professionals to conduct effective investigations, prepare persuasive position statements, and/or engage in settlement negotiations and mediations to timely resolve matters.
