Lauren represents employers of all sizes on matters impacting their employees under federal and state law, as well as breach of restrictive covenant and trade secret litigation.
Lauren received her J.D., cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and her B.A. from Elon University. During law school she served as Associate Editor and Executive Notes Editor of the Case Western Reserve Law Review. She is admitted to practice in Ohio and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Lauren worked as an associate for law firms, focusing her practice on complex commercial litigation. She has extensive experience representing clients during all phases of the litigation process, including through trial, and brings that experience to her current practice.
