Nadine is committed to helping companies achieve their business objectives while remaining compliant with labor and employment laws. Nadine has litigated a broad spectrum of claims, represents employers in administrative hearings, and defends employers against charges before the New York State Division of Human Rights (DHR), New York City Commission on Human Rights (NYCCHR), California Civil Rights Department (CRD), Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and Department of Industrial Relations (DIR).

Nadine has also guided clients through a range of administrative audits, including those conducted by the U.S. Department of Labor, New York State Department of Labor (NYSDOL)  and the New York Attorney General’s Office.

Nadine also counsels human resources professionals and in-house counsel on a wide range of workplace issues, including hiring, discipline, terminations, reasonable accommodations, Family and Medical Leave, workplace investigations, non-competition agreements, severance agreements, employee training, development of employee handbooks, and other employer duties and liabilities.
