The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) continue to confound employers seeking to comply with the often confusing and overlapping requirements of both laws. This session will focus on the employment and benefits issues that emerge when an employee is on leave under the ADA, FMLA, or both as well as best practices for developing a process to effectively manage leaves of absence.
