Thomas A. Bright Joins Ogletree Deakins' Greenville Office

GREENVILLE – October 17, 2006 – Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, P.C. (Ogletree Deakins) is pleased to announce that Thomas A. Bright has joined the firm’s Greenville office as a shareholder. He brings over 25 years of labor and employment law experience to the firm.

Mr. Bright has extensive experience in litigating cases under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and the Americans with Disabilities Act. He provides counsel to employers on employee policy development, as well as disciplinary actions and terminations. In addition, he conducts training for companies on the prevention of sexual harassment and implementation of effective discipline.
