PHILADELPHIA – February 27, 2017 – Ogletree Deakins, one of the largest labor and employment law firms representing management, is pleased to announce that Donald Gamburg has been named managing shareholder of the firm’s Philadelphia office. Gamburg succeeds Paul Lancaster Adams, who has served as the office managing shareholder for more than five years.

Gamburg has more than 20 years of experience representing employers in all areas of labor and employment law. He regularly represents clients in federal and state litigation involving trade secrets and employment restrictive covenant agreements, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblower, wage and hour, Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), wrongful discharge, torts, and breach of contract. He also handles equal employment opportunity matters before federal, state, and local agencies, unfair labor practice and representation proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board, labor arbitrations involving discharge, discipline, and contract interpretation, and collective bargaining negotiations. Gamburg has drafted and negotiated executive employment agreements, severance agreements, and restrictive covenant agreements.
Gamburg has been recognized by top legal organizations for his accomplishments over the course of his career. He has been listed in Chambers USA and holds an AV® Preeminent™ rating from Martindale-Hubbell. Gamburg earned his J.D., cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
