Ogletree Deakins Ranked Among Top 20 Law Firm Brands in the United States

ATLANTA – February 13, 2018 – Ogletree Deakins, one of the largest labor and employment law firms representing management, is pleased to announce that the firm has been included among the top 20 firms in the Acritas US Law Firm Brand Index 2018, which ranks the brand strength of law firms in the United States.

The Acritas US Law Firm Brand Index 2018 is based on data compiled from Sharplegal in 2017. Sharplegal is Acritas’ comprehensive study of the global legal market across 55 countries with 2,130 in-house counsel who have senior responsibility for buying legal services in organizations with revenues of $50 million and above. For the US Law Firm Brand Index, Acritas conducted 601 interviews with senior counsel in the United States between January and December 2017. The Index also takes into account the views of 176 senior counsel based outside of the United States, who were asked which firms they used for their U.S.-based legal needs.

The complete 2017 Sharplegal survey included more than 50 questions about law firm brands, usage, and market trends. The five questions used to generate the Acritas US Law Firm Brand Index 2018 include:
