ATLANTA – June 22, 2018 – Ogletree Deakins (Ogletree Deakins), one of the largest labor and employment law firms representing management, is pleased to announce that Hendrik Muschal and Carsten Brachmann, partners in the firm’s Berlin office, have been listed in The Best Lawyers in Germany© 2019. Muschal and Brachmann appear on the list for the first time and were selected based on an exhaustive peer-review survey that examines the professional abilities, current practice, and experience of each lawyer.

Hendrik Muschal advises numerous German and international clients on all aspects of individual and collective employment law in both the private and public sector, international employment law, and criminal labor law. He is heavily involved in international business activities, particularly in the field of international investments and cross-border transactions as well as global human resources management. Brachmann advises employers on restructuring measures in various industries, and he has successfully advised clients on matters of privatizations, internal reorganization measures, and the optimization of personnel costs without redundancies (for example, collective bargaining agreement alteration plans, the conclusion of a company agreement for the purposes of redeployment, performance-related pay, and working hours schemes).
