CLEVELAND – May 28, 2019 – Ogletree Deakins, one of the largest labor and employment law firms representing management, is pleased to announce that Jason Rothman will rejoin the firm’s Cleveland office as a shareholder. Rothman practiced in Ogletree Deakins’ Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice Group from 2010-2015 before accepting a consulting role with HR and employee benefits consulting firm Findley, Inc. where he led that firm’s Regulatory Advisory Services practice group.

Rothman has more than 15 years of experience counseling publicly traded companies, closely-held companies, and non-profit organizations on all aspects of employee benefits and executive compensation law. He regularly advises clients on qualified and nonqualified employee benefit plans, executive compensation plans, health and welfare plans, mergers and acquisition employee benefit issues, and employment and related agreements.
He earned his J.D. from Cleveland State University’s Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and his B.S. from The Ohio State University. He serves on the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission Associate Board.
