On March 31, 2021, the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) issued new guidance regarding social justice issues in the workplace. In this webinar, the speakers will discuss the guidance and its anticipated impact on how employers manage their California workforces, both in union and nonunion settings. The speakers will also address how the NLRB may expand what constitutes “protected concerted activity” and provide expanded protections to employees who advocate for social justice matters in the workplace.
