Marie Paulin joined the Ogletree Deakins Paris office in July 2017. Marie advises French companies and subsidiaries of international groups on the various aspects of labor law, both on individual and collective legal issues.

She also handles litigation cases.

Marie is fluent in French, English and Spanish.

Experience

Assistance in cases of business closures in France, reorganization of a company (relocation, subcontracting of part of the activity, voluntary departure plan and collective redundancies…).
Establishment of employee representative bodies (CSEs) and training of elected members of these bodies.
Drafting of collective agreements, agreements relating to remote working or the right to disconnect.
Management of disciplinary proceedings within a retail company, and subsequent litigation.
Drafting of employment contracts.
Harassment investigation for a pharmaceutical company.
Representing a client in the management of litigation proceedings initiated following an Economic Protection Plan.
