Office Managing Shareholder   |   Philadelphia

Jacqueline Barrett is a Philadelphia employment lawyer and the Office Managing Shareholder of Ogletree Deakins’ Philadelphia office. As a management-side employment litigator, she defends employers in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and nationwide against claims of workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and whistleblowing under Title VII, the ADA, the ADEA, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, and other federal and state laws. She also reviews employee handbooks and workplace policies to ensure compliance with federal and Pennsylvania employment law.

Jacqueline appears before federal and state courts and administrative agencies, including the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, and the U.S. Department of Labor.
