Stacy M. Bunck

Shareholder   |   Kansas City

Stacy is an experienced litigator and trial attorney, with expertise in employment-related disputes in various forums throughout the Midwest. She has experience defending allegations of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wrongful discharge from the administrative stage through the appellate stage. To date, she has tried eight jury trials and one arbitration.

Stacy has the distinction of being the first shareholder in the history of the firm to manage an Ogletree office while on a reduced hours schedule. She serves as a reduced hours advisor to other attorneys in the firm who are considering working in a reduced hours capacity.

When not actively litigating, Stacy spends her time with her family, reading, watching the Royals and Chiefs, and giving back to the community. She has volunteered with the Junior League of Kansas City, Missouri, Junior Achievement, and the Ronald McDonald House, and currently serves on the Board of the Friends of the Johnson County Library.
