Kristin Christensen is Client Team Counsel in Ogletree’s San Francisco Office, where she partners with employers and management—including public entity employers—to defend against California and federal employment claims, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, disability accommodation, and wrongful termination matters.
Before joining Ogletree, Kristin represented clients at a national defense firm, handling employment litigation and general liability matters for clients in Sonoma County and the San Francisco Bay Area. Her client-focused approach developed early in her career through hands-on experience at USF’s Employment Law Clinic, where she advocated for clients before the California Labor Commission, EEOC, and MSPB, and through internships with the San Francisco City Attorney’s Office and the U.S. Department of State.
Kristin earned her J.D. from University of San Francisco School of Law and her B.A. in History from UCLA. She is a member of the Sonoma County Bar Association. She is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court of the Northern District of California, and the United States District Court of the Eastern District of California.
