Hartman’s practice is focused on employment-based immigration. He advises employers and individuals on a wide range of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa sponsorship matters. Hartman also counsels clients on evolving regulatory developments from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and the Department of Labor.
Hartman received his law degree from Campbell University, where he was a member of the Campbell Law Review. He also brings experience in criminal law, having handled numerous criminal record expungements through clinical and pro bono work.
