Caroline has been a lawyer since 2018 and advises French and multinational companies in all labor law aspects with a particular emphasis on restructuring matters including transfer of employees (TUPE) and advising companies with the management of the relations with Employee Representative Institutions (consultation of the works council, expertise of the works council, strike).

She also assists clients with their day to day issues and represents them during litigations.

Prior to joining Ogletree she has worked in several law firms, both international and national.
