Katherine Krouse Estroff

Katherine (Katie) Krouse Estroff is an associate in the firm’s Atlanta office, specializing in employment litigation. Katie represents employers in a variety of employment law matters, including matters brought under Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and related state law claims. Katie has experience representing clients in federal and state courts, in mediations and arbitrations, and before administrative agencies.

Katie also offers advice and counsel, working collaboratively with clients to implement effective solutions. In particular, Katie often handles handbook reviews for large employers to proactively minimize liability.

Katie graduated cum laude from Georgia State University College of Law. Katie joined Ogletree as a Law Clerk during law school. While in law school, she served as Associate Research Editor for the Georgia State University Law Review and coached a Moot Court team. Katie also served on the Student Bar Association and was President of the Jewish Law Student Association. Prior to becoming a Law Clerk at Ogletree, Katie was a judicial intern for The Honorable Stacey K. Hydrick of the Superior Court of DeKalb County.
