Stephanie also helps clients prepare for government encounters in warrant-based situations and keeps clients up to date on the ever-changing landscape of workplace authorization documentation. In addition to her compliance work, Stephanie defends employers in claims of discrimination in the hiring process based on a candidate’s immigration status or with allegations of unfair document practices. Restrictive Covenant Practice
Stephanie assists clients in protecting their confidential information and trade secrets by drafting restrictive covenant agreements, including restricting the use of confidential information and trade secrets as well as prohibiting the solicitation of customers and employers. Stephanie advises clients on best practices on protecting, preserving, and recovering both their property and damages. Stephanie regularly represents clients in lawsuits involving breach of restrictive covenants and other employment agreements.
