Kimberly A. Miller is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Ogletree Deakins. Her practice focuses on representing employers in state and federal court on a wide range of labor and employment matters, including issues involving discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, and wage and hour disputes.

Kimberly received her J.D. from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law, and her B.S., cum laude, from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business, with a minor in Interactive Media and the Culture of New Technologies. Upon graduation, she was honored as a Renaissance Scholar. During law school, Kimberly served as a Submissions Editor for the Interdisciplinary Legal Journal and Vice President of the Energy & Environmental Law Society. Kimberly also served as a summer extern for the Orange County District Attorney’s Office.
