Steven handles a broad range of employment law matters focused primarily on defending employers against wage and hour claims, as well as claims of discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, failure to accommodate, and harassment.

Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Steven litigated business disputes, products liability matters, and California Prop 65 violations.  Additionally, Steven was in-house counsel for a logistics company, which has provided him with great insight into the challenges that companies often face in complying with labor and employment laws and regulations.
